Hanoi, September 14, 2025 – The EMMA Hanoi 2025 Car Audio Competition concluded after two intense days at Tasco Mall, setting new records and reaffirming the growing appeal of the car audio movement in Vietnam.
This year’s event attracted 70 cars competing in 158 entries, with an average of over six participants per category, highlighting the community’s rapid growth. New classes such as SQ DSP/AMP and SQ Android drew 20–22 cars, reflecting the eagerness to embrace new technologies.
Beyond a competition, EMMA served as a platform for learning and exchange. Despite fierce rivalry, contestants showed sportsmanship, listening to judges’ advice, testing each other’s systems, and improving their skills. The event fostered the growth of garages and workshops while energizing the Northern car audio scene. Notably, independent competitors achieved impressive results, proving EMMA is truly open to everyone, professionals and enthusiasts alike.
The organizers assembled the largest-ever judging panel in Vietnam with 12 judges, including five international experts from Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Their experience ensured transparency and efficiency, while Vietnamese judges gained valuable hands-on training.
Mr. Ngo Ky Lam, EMMA Vietnam’s representative, proudly shared: “EMMA Hanoi 2025 continues to set records and welcome new faces, from teams to independents. This is a very positive sign for sustainable growth.”
Meanwhile, IQ Head Judge Adrian Malabanan (Philippines) expressed his excitement: “Vietnam keeps surprising me with its rapid progress. I believe many Vietnamese talents will soon step onto regional and global EMMA stages.”
