Since many years EMMA is trying to find partners in south America and now the first one is on the way to start EMMA activities. Withb the support of EMMA Mexico and EMMA Spain, Wilmer Flores registered the official affiliation some weeks ago and now the first steps are done to be active. The first steps are done and a schedule was setup for the next months
