The arrival and registration of the participants will begin on Thursday, March 26 at 2.00pm and ends at 6:00pm. The registration desk will be at the entrance 3 and will close at 6.00pm. Please park your car outside of the Hall at P4 (red arrows on the map) and go to the registration desk to receive your registration sticker as well as tickets for entrance and parking. The EMMA personnel will guide the vehicle to the designated location inside the halls.

The registration fee for all categories is 90,00 €. Additional starts cost an extra fee of 25,00 € per class. THIS FEE CAN ONLY BE PAID IN CASH (bank- debit- or credit cards will not be accepted!)

The competition will start on Friday, March 27 at 09:00am with a competitor briefing and introduction of the Judgeteam in hall 1. The judging will proceed at 10:00. On Saturday, March 28 the competition will commence at 09:00am. Every competitor will receive a folder including the exhibitor- and parking tickets. Please note that the parking ticket is an all time ticket. You need to take it back when leaving the expo area at the barrier.

The entrance for all exhibitors and competitors is at Entrance No.3 between Halle 2 and 3. The entrance will open 8°° in the morning

Friday: All SQ classes, Multi Media, EMMA Tuning, ESPL/ESQL

Saturday: All SQ classes, Multi Media, EMMA Tuning, ESPL/ESQL

Sunday: ESPL Final, 15°° Award Ceremony

The competition will start on Friday, March 27 at 09:00am with a competitor briefing and introduction of the Judgeteam in hall 1. The judging will proceed at 10:00. On Saturday, March 28 the competition will commence at 09:00am.

The opening hours of the CarMediaWorld and customized are

• Friday              10°° – 19°° Public Day
• Saturday:        10°° – 19°° Public Day
• Sunday            10°° – 17°° Public Day

A list with the judging order will be displayed at the front office.

It is strictly forbidden to play loud music. Demonstration is only allowed in closed vehicles. The trade fair organization will take immediate measures if this rule will be violated.
Please note: Driving inside the halls is strictly forbidden. All cars have to be pushed by hand. All cars will be measured in SPL in front of the main stage in Hall 3. Between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 5 minutes of demo time are scheduled and will be announced on the stage.

The EMMA Party will start on Saturday evening at 7pm in Hall 3/5. Bracelets to attend are included the material every competitor will receive during the registration procedure. Additional bracelets can be bought at the EMMA front office desk. Please take care that all guests wear the bracelets. The complete Hall 3/5 is the frame for the event. Some national competition teams provide typical food for all guests. A bar with Beer and alcohol free drinks is also inside the hall.

At 21°°o’clock  the Hall 3/5 will be closed and the Party will continue within a Partyzone in hall No 4. The end of the event is planned for 1°°o´clock. At the main stage in Hall 4 DJ´s will perform Party Music. During the Party well known DJ´s groove coverage will entertain the audience, be surprised. No one is allowed to stay in hall 6/2 after 20°° o’clock.
