On September 12, the outdoor area in front of Hall 12 at Messe Frankfurt became the epicenter of car audio enthusiasm. As part of the world’s most important industry platform, the Automechanika, EMMA celebrated again a thrilling German season finale. EMMA Germany’s last event for 2026 captivated more than just the top tier of national sound enthusiasts. A total of 50 participants competed, including vehicles from Poland, the Netherlands, and Ukraine. For the competitors from the German EMMA community, this head-to-head race was not only about the German championship title but also about receiving the coveted qualification for the European Finals. All first and second-place winners can look forward to their participation in the Salzburg mega-event in March 2027 along with their trophies.
From eye-catching sound installations and audiophile high-end car audio concepts to bone shaking sound pressure levels — the sound experience delivered by vehicles across all generations was absolutely top-tier. Trade fair visitors were invited to admire the sound cars with ears and eyes alongside the competition, and to learn more about modern speakers, head units, crossovers, installation, and DSP tuning. A big thank you goes to the EMMA back-office team, the judges, and the two official event sponsors, ESX and Musway, whose support brought this prominent competition area to life. The Automechanika as the world’s most important B2B meeting place for industry, workshops, and trade, the fair once again proved why it is the undisputed number one in the automotive industry.
