The GLADEN G-FIT 200 is a 200 mm midwoofer for vehicle-specific mounting positions. The driver always stays the same – for each application, only the matching adapter ring is used. Rings are currently available for BMW under-seat positions and for selected Mercedes- Benz and Porsche models.
This significantly reduces the number of variants in stock: one speaker, the right connection to the vehicle. The aluminium cone works in a sturdy die-cast aluminium basket. A 50 mm voice coil with copper wire on a fiberglass former allows 5 mm of linear excursion; up to 13 mm is possible mechanically. Despite its full 200 mm cone area, the G-FIT 200 needs only 45 mm of mounting depth.
This makes it suitable for tight mounting locations as well, for example under the seats or at the bulkhead.
A matching protective grille is available for visible or unprotected mounting positions. GLADEN manufactures the adapter rings itself. The G-FIT 200 is supplied in pairs. G-FIT is the new name of the former GLADEN GENERIC series.
