MOREL UNVEILS THE NEW ELATE CARBON NEO SERIES

ENGINEERED TO DISAPPEAR. DESIGNED TO BE SEEN.

Great loudspeakers should disappear sonically and allow the performance to take their place. But great engineering deserves to be celebrated.
At the heart of Elate Carbon Neo are Morel’s TLC Triple-Layer carbon-fiber/Rohacell composite-cone woofers and midrange. Their low-mass, rigid construction supports precise movement and detailed reproduction while Morel’s large external voice-coil architecture and optimized motor systems provide the control and power handling required for serious high-performance automotive systems.
The ECN MW6 uses a 3-inch voice coil and is rated at 180 W RMS, while the ECN MW9 combines a 3-inch voice coil with 200 W RMS power handling. Refined motor and suspension structures improve linearity and transient response, allowing the system to move from subtle musical detail to high dynamic output with authority.
Completing the driver lineup, the ECN MM3 midrange — a 3.9-inch neodymium-motor driver built on the same TLC cone architecture — bridges the woofers and tweeters in three-way configurations. Rated at 120 W RMS with 87 dB sensitivity, the MM3 extends the platform’s resolution and dynamic control across the vocal and midrange spectrum, giving installers a fully matched three-way Elate Carbon Neo system without stepping outside the platform’s sonic signature.
Surrounding this technology is the new CNC-machined brushed-aluminum detailing. More than decoration, its precision-machined form visually expresses the same attention to detail found throughout the driver. Carbon-fiber textures, aluminum, precision machining and Morel’s distinctive driver architecture come together in a purposeful, contemporary aesthetic.
The difference is not simply more output. It is more music — more texture, more space, more micro-detail, more impact when the recording demands it, and greater delicacy when it does not.
